Aertight Systems, Inc. has been an IT Solutions Provider since 2004 and we've provided many brands of industrial computers over the years, but what's kept our customers coming back, is our devotion to customer service. After years of selling other manufacturers industrial computers, we decided to put our expertise into building our own line of industrial computers.
The Aertight Server Platform is an industrial computer that is rugged, fanless, water resistant, dust resistant, nearly silent, and includes Microsoft Windows Server (we can install Desktop versions of Windows as well), which includes a built-in touchscreen. The system is enclosed in a 16 gauge steel enclosure that prevents access to the data inside and protects the data ports (USB) from access.
How does the Aertight Server Platform work as an industrial computer?
Since the system has an 8th generation core i7 processor, 32GB of RAM, and all SSD hard drives, it has all the power you need for your industrial computer. It can also be setup to have up to 4 Virtual Machines on it, all hosting different operating systems.
We have application developers who host their OPC Servers, SCADA Systems, and data loggers on the Aertight Server Platform, as well as other clients who use the system to host virtual machines for process control applications, remote desktop servers, and control system software. Our system was designed with the input from engineers in mind, and some of the other major features our system includes are modularity of the interior components, a very "standard" and "familiar" design, and tool-less removal of internal parts.
